Family villas, 2 Queen Villas, 2 King Villas.
Tulip Villas - It is a spacious 1 BHK Villa with 650 sqft of plinth area. It has a king size
bed. It has beautiful lawn view. It has one attached bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
Iris Villas - It is a spacious 1 BHK Villa with 750 sqft of plinth area. It has a king size
bed. It has beautiful lawn view. It has one attached bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
Orchid Villas / Family suite - It is a spacious 2 BHK Villa with 1500 sqft of plinth area.
It has a king size bed. It has beautiful lawn view. It has one attached bathroom with 24

Queen villas - It is a spacious 1 BHK Villa with 850 sqft of plinth area. It has a king size

To make your stay a very pleasurable one, each of the above homes are fitted with 32"
LED flat screen TV, In room safe, In house Tea and coffee maker, Shaving and bath kit
and Umbrellas on request.
We have one among the best banquet hall in Yercaud with 50 pax capacity in Theatre
Style. And it is located on first floor overlooking a beautiful Pool and valley.
We have Red Pepper, serves you sumptuous food that lets you binge on delicacies from
different parts of the country. From South Indian to Indianised Chinese, there’s plenty
to fill your tummy and then some more. Also experience services delivered at your
doorstep, in the gardens, by the pool. The prime speciality of this restaurant was, it’s
traditional food prepared without food colouring and Ajinomoto. There won’t be any
cancellation once we receive the advance.

Audio visuals if required will be charged on actual rates. The list of audio visual
equipments with the charges is as follows:

The Buffet food will be served for 1 hour, if needed with a grace time of 15 minutes. The
dinner and the kitchen will be closed at 10.00pm, by 11.00pm all the activities will be
closed.
