We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your tour or transportation booking with us. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the applicable charges and refund process:

Cancellation Policy for Fixed or Tailor-Made Tours:

1. A cancellation made before 20 clear days of the departure date will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total package cost.
2. If the cancellation occurs before 15 clear days of the departure date, a 50% cancellation fee based on the total package cost will apply.
3. Cancellations made before 7 clear days of the departure date will be subject to a 70% cancellation fee based on the total package cost.
4. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 clear days of the departure date.

Cancellation Policy for Car, Tempo Traveler & Coach Rentals:

1. Cancellations made before 72 hours prior to the departure time will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total package cost.
2. If the cancellation occurs before 48 hours prior to the departure time, a 50% cancellation fee based on the total package cost will apply.
3. Cancellations made before 24 hours prior to the departure time will be subject to an 80% cancellation fee based on the total package cost.
4. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time.

Additional Information:

1. ToursNHotels  reserves the right to make variations, modifications, amendments, alterations, or cancellations to any tour before departure without prior notice.
2. If such changes are made, the entire amount paid by the tourist will be refunded by an "A/C Payee" Cheque upon production of the original receipt issued by us.
3. Refunds will be processed in Indian rupees at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the cheque, following Reserve Bank of India rules and regulations.
4. No additional compensation will be applicable for changes or cancellations made by ToursNHotels .
5. No refunds will be provided for any missed or unused services during the tour, including meals, regardless of the reason for the absence.

We advise all passengers to carefully consider their travel plans and understand the cancellation policy before booking any services with us. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us and submit a written application along with the original receipt issued by us.
